Urban Stitch Edit brings together shirts, knit layers, straight and wide-leg pants, casual dresses, matching sets and considered outerwear. The idea is simple: a wardrobe becomes more useful when its pieces work with one another.

How we build the edit

We look for clear silhouettes, colors that are easy to combine, and details that serve the outfit. We describe materials and construction where we have supporting information. Rather than giving every item the same fit label, we show the measurements available for that style so you can compare them with a garment you already enjoy wearing.

A coordinated set should say exactly what is included. A higher-priced coat should explain its material and shape. Those are the kinds of details we want to make easier to find.
