These terms apply to your use of urbanstitchedit.com and purchases from Urban Stitch LLC, doing business as Urban Stitch Edit. By using the store, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery and return conditions.

Shopping with us

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and address details, and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account; let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Products and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Product photographs are intended to show color and shape; screens and lighting can affect appearance. Garment measurements are approximate and size labels vary between styles. Review the individual size table before selecting a size.

We work to keep product details accurate. If we discover a material error in an item description, price or order, we will contact you before proceeding, offer the corrected information and provide cancellation or refund options where appropriate.

Order handling

An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your request. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for an address we do not serve, an unavailable item, a material listing error or a reasonable concern about fraudulent activity. If a charge has been made for an order we cancel, we issue a refund.

Delivery, changes and returns

We serve the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days. Standard shipping is $6.99, or free for orders of $59 or more after discounts. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items with original packaging. Return shipping responsibility and the inspection and refund process are described in the Refund Policy. Contact us promptly for order changes; dispatch may prevent a change.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or use another person’s information without permission. Our brand identity, original copy and site design may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product imagery may be subject to separate rights.

Responsibility

We provide the site using reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the site or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Applicable law and updates

California law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. We may update these terms by posting revised terms here. The terms in effect when you order apply to that purchase.
